Fifty masterpieces of the pop movement, from Warhol to Equipo Crónica, have stormed the Art Wanson Gallery this summer, located in the Marbella Club, the most emblematic and luxurious hotel of the Spanish Costa del Sol.
The opening of 50 pop icons coincided with the fourth edition of Art Marbella, which Arte por Excelencias is a faithful collaborator. We visited the exhibition and met Mercedes Duerinckx, founder of Art Wanson, a space dedicated to the promotion and sale of modern and contemporary art, with venues in cities such as Mallorca, Paris, London, Miami and Doha.
At the same time, Mercedes introduced us to the collector Joséluis Rupérez, curator of this exhibition, which includes all the pop classics: Warhol, Lischtenstein, Allen Jones, Saint Phalle, Wesselmann, Equipo Crónica ... and the Cubans Javier Guerra and Tomey.
