After the rollout of brand-new Superb Sportline and Rapide Montecarlo with in the framework of the past Frankfurt Motor Show, Skoda gave glimpses on the Octavia 2016 and… voila! Here you have the first details.

Although it won’t be a completely new generation, it’s a remake designed to compete on equal terms with Volkswagen Jetta, Toyota Corolla and Renault Fluence. With that goal in mind, the vehicle shows an improved appearance with the outstanding redesign of its hood, now with four headlights paired on each end of the grid. Without significant modifications, the engine could include a tri-cylinder section capable of cutting down on consumption up to 10 percent.
