Starting last year, the Daimler AG Group has established new designations for its cars and in a previous article we explained that the Off Road/SUV would be represented with the letters GL and the third letter would stand for the model series, so the new GLC are GL of the renowned Class C and successors of the traditional GLK.

Mercedes-Benz puts on the market the substitute of the traditional GLK (Compact SUV) and now it’s named GLC, with the new de signation applied to the German-made vehicles. This model is represented by two diesel versions, GLC 220 d 4MATIC and GLC 250 d 

4MATIC, as well as a hybrid variant with both gas and electric engines: GLC 350 e 4MATIC. Its characteristics and technological innovations make it the leading vehicle in this segment.
