Q7 e-tronis the new plug-in hybrid version of Audi Q7 2015. It’ll be available by the spring of2016. Its two engines (electric and diesel) jointly deliver 376 CV. The ion-lithium battery that powers up the electric engine makes it click 56 km. it can be plugged in a400 V-20 A AC power outlet (two charging hours), or a conventional one (230 V-10 A), up to eight hours. The V6-3.0 L diesel engines deliver 258 CV. On the other hand, the electric engine gives another 128 CV and has the power to move the four wheels, although it can be connected to the thermal one and work together. The driver can choose whether to exclusively use the electric engine or leave the system decide when each engine should work. It’s only available in a five-seat version, since the batteries take the space of two additional seats. Nevertheless, there is no reason to worry about the absence of trunk because a 650-L capacity is a considerable volume.
