Gastronomic Guanajuato

Earlier in January, during the course held within the framework of the 2014 International Tourism Fair (FITUR), I was pleased to announce, as President of the Iberian-American Gastronomy Academy, that Guanajuato had been recognized as the 2015 Iberian-American Gastronomic Capital. This is no doubt a distinction and recognition to both the local gastronomy and the state that will eventually serve to tighten the ties with countries and cities, as well as highlight the values of Guanajuato’s cuisine all over the world.
