It is true that many claim that almost everything has already been invented: we gather the legacy of thousands of years of various cultures, many of them centered on study and research, from a vocational prism and with limited means.
Today, everything moves on at a dizzying pace that often makes it difficult to look at things slowly and reflectively. However, there is a part within the liquid ecosystem that is yet to be exploited. This is why teamwork must be based on innovation and thus take advantage of the talents of each individual with the aim of bringing wine closer to the general public, helping them to understand it, making it easy and accessible.
