- A look that penetrates even the deepest
The most recent edition of Mirada, Ibero-American Festival of Performing Arts, which is held every two years in the month of September in the Brazilian city of Santos, in the state of Sao Paulo, gathered more than forty national and international shows, as well as formative activities aimed at reflection.
The event arrives at its fifth chapter and this time it was extended to eight other cities in the region, including the great city of São Paulo, organized by the Social Service of Commerce (SESC), a Brazilian private non-profit institution, Mirada had Colombia as guest of honor and presented eight groups, with nine shows.
In Asian Souvenir, by Los Animistas, a young group that works with puppet theater, a multidisciplinary proposal that integrates actors, diverse animation techniques, video and a peculiar use of space. Six narratives are inspired by real and close stories, to talk about migration in the contemporary world.
