Three chefs win The Copa Nestlé professional high cuisine contest
The last day of Excelencias Gourmet’s International Gastronomic Seminar, organized by the Excelencias Group in Panama, hosted the Copa Nestlé Professional High Cuisine Contest, sponsored by Nestlé and organized by Panama’s Gastronomic Club. The six chefs that reached the final met at the Royal Honesta Hotel’s kitchen and, with all their determination, passion and creativity, prepared their recipes during five hours, based on the Nestlé funds for professionals.
