John Winston Lennon (1940-1980) was a multi-instrumentalist, singer and songwriter. He rose to fame with The Beatles, «the most commer-cially successful and critically
acclaimed band» in pop history.
Among Lennon’s cars, the most iconic was (is) the legendary Rolls-Royce Phantom V.
In the sixties of the last century, with the boom of the hippies and the counterculture in action to end the Vietnam War, the quartet from Liverpool was among the standard bearers of pop music. They include John Lennon and Paul McCartney, a successful pair who would make history with their compositions and performances.
