Antigua: The Capital of Food-Wine Pairing in Guatemala

The city of Antigua in Guatemala is set to be declared The Capital of Food Pairings in the months of October, November, December and January. The initiative -called Antigua Food & Wine- is implemented for the first time under the auspice of Degustantigua and the Spanish School of Sommeliers in that country. The intention is to underscore the pairing of wines with the superb and eclectic local cuisine.
