Peru’s gastronomy, ranked among the best cuisines worldwide due to its variety and taste, has just celebrated the 40th anniversary of its presence in Panama. And it will be in Panama forever. The mix of spices and products from China, Spain, Italy and Japan, with the tastes of ancient Incas, who used to cook underground in a clay pans called Pachamanca, and created this cuisine, which presently goes beyond borders and is highly acclaimed by patrons.
