HABANOS S.A. CLINGS TO ITS STRATEGY OF LAUNCHING NEW AND EXCLUSIVE PRODUCTS ON A YEARLY BASIS FOR ITS SPECIALIZED RETAILERS

Habanos S.A. is coming to this 19th Habano Festival, with the unveiling of exclusive products for its La Casa del Habano specialized retail store: the H. Upmann Connossieur B (ring gauge 54 x 150mm long), that will be also distributed by other retailers certified as Habanos Specialists. The other launch is Trinidad La Trova (ring gauge 52 x 166mm long).
The company clings to its strategy of launching new and exclusive products on a yearly basis for its specialized retailers, mainly the network of La Casa del Habano sale outlets and those retailers certified as Habanos Specialists, granted by Habanos S.A.
Both H. Upmann Connossieur B and Trinidad La Trova are completely rolled by hand with long filler, featuring tobacco leaves selected from the Vuelta Abajo zone in the region of Pinar del Rio, Cuba, by seasoned cigar rollers devoted to meeting the expectations of the most demanding Habano lovers.

H. Upmann Connossieur B

With a factory vitola called “Geniales”, Connossieur B follows in the footsteps of H. Upmann Connossieur A (ring gauge 52 x 140mm long), launched in 2013 and also exclusively designed for Casa del Habano and Habanos Specialists. Over the years, it had become one of the most sought-after vitolas among smokers of this brand. Boasting the brand’s characteristic elegant taste and scent, Connossieur B comes in a 25-unit slide lid box (SLB).

Trinidad La Trova

This is an unprecedented format –Cañonazo Especial- in the Habanos’ regular portfolio, solely used in the 2011 Limited Edition, Cohiba 1966. Now with La Trova, the Trinidad brand keeps beefing up its offers of thick ring-gauge Habanos, very much in line with its latest launches: Trinidad Vigía (ring gauge 54 x 110mm long) and Trinidad Topes Edición Limitada 2016 (ring gauge 56 x 125mm long).
