Havana reaches out for Michelin stars
No wonder the two-Michelin-star chef Dani Garcia traveled from the Old World to cook in Cuba on November 4. It was part of the 2014-2015 Iberostar Chef on Tour, an initiative intended to bring the best Spanish cuisine to a number of five-star hotels run by Iberostar in such destinations as Mexico (Riviera Maya), the Dominican Republic (Punta Cana), Cuba (Havana) and Spain (Majorca and Canarias).
