Sparkling:
Appetizers, canapés, fish and shellfish. Vintage wines can go with the whole dinner up to the roast meat, as long as the ingredients are not very exorbitant.

Light white wines:
Cooked crustaceans, lightly-flavored white fish (cooked or grilled).

White wines:
