Our entrepreneurial policy has been based on a quality system that enables us to march ahead while steadily improvement is undergone. Guests' satisfaction is the main goal of this enterprise that started in the island of Majorca, Spain. We conduct our own surveys in which we measure the guests' satisfaction and based on this, we arrange plans to improve so as to fully meet guests' needs. The whole development of this enterprise is based on a relation of confidence and communication with our employees. The payroll is made up by workers who are entirely committed to their work to whom we taught upgrading courses under a steady basis.
