Once again, Arte por Excelencias participated in the ArtBo International Art Fair of Bogotá, this time with the last name 2017, with a stand in the publications area of this important Latin American cultural forum that casts every year, in this tenth month, innovative and encouraging images of what is done in our continent in terms of visual works, and also beyond its borders.
The magazine occupied, for the second consecutive occasion, a singular and attractive space in the Publications section. Adorned in the stand with posters that show the cultural diversity of the largest island of the Antilles - the National Ballet of Cuba, led by Alicia Alonso, the Havana Spanish Ballet and the 1st. Festival of Spanish Dances and Flamenco that came out this November, 2017, the Book Fair of Havana ... - was a powerful magnet that aroused the interest of the spectators.
Finding that cultural-artistic treasure on the elegant pages of Arte por Excelencias magazine attracted even more attention. And there were also ballet or art students who have been in Cuba to study and be trained at creation workshops at the Instituto Superior de Arte (Higher Institute of Art,) the National Ballet of Cuba and the National Dance Schools, tourists who have come here looking for culture, others who have received medical attention in Cuban hospitals, or prominent artists who have been invited to Havana Biennials or to exhibits in dissimilar Cuban institutions, including Casa de las Américas.
Arte por Excelencias stand enlightened, with its pages, specialists, politicians, art and culture, promoters, directors, collectors and artists of the different manifestations, arousing interest among the present public due to its quality, both formal and conceptual, the topics disseminated in their different specialties, as well as the personalities that have found space on its pages in interviews, reports, information, articles that focus not only on Cuban art and creators, but also on its character as an Iberian-American magazine, on artists from the continent .
Arte por Excelencias vibrated in ArtBo like a beam of light that illuminates us all.
