San Isidro de los Destiladeros se rescata progresivamente por la Oficina del Conservador de Trinidad.
El cuarenta y siete por ciento de los ingresos de Trinidad lo genera el sector cuentapropista.

Engineer Alberto Turiño Salinas, director of the Aldaba, declares to Art by Excellencies:
Our company has the responsability to work on the rescue of the heritage and spiritual values of the city. We were born with the purpose to obtain sustainable finance, which allows the restoration of heritage and encourages the commerce of identity products.
We are a socialist state company that works in times of change. And this spirit needs to reach every single person that works in it. Man has to be in the center of that change.
We must not allow that culture be commercial, which not means that we do not search or trade a possibility to exploit the cultural development, that we seek finance to support the cultural goal of restoring and protecting heritage.
Eighty percent of tourism that visits Trinidad comes for a cultural purpose, to know about our history, to visit our museums; it is what makes us different. It is clear that in our development model, we need to look for the economy sustenance of the city. We need to take into account that 47 % of the incomes in Trinidad come from private business. We need to find our own space in the update of our economic model.
Today we make tours for national tourists, a proposal that allows to know the Valle de los Ingenios, with more than two thousand tourists during the summer who, thanks to the tour, learned about the traditional and heritage values of some of the restored sites, like the Guaimaro plantation-house from the XVIII century, which was one of the biggest sugar producers at that time. San Isidro de los Destiladeros was also one of the attractive sites, which archeological ruins are well conserved. Tourist can also visit the emblematic Manaca- Iznaga Tour and the Mirador Valle de San Luis, from which the beauty of the landscape can be admired.
We also have the Guanahuac Tavern, a local development project, located in Jose Marti Street, in the corner of Camilo Cienfuegos Street, which is the last place to visit in the tour. Trinidad typical dishes are offered, as well as the possibility to enjoy of other gastronomic options, all in national currency, and the best traditional Cuban music, which distinguishes us.
