Collage Habana seduces Art Madrid again
In the 15th edition of Art Madrid, the Collage Habana gallery has once again shown part of the emerging art that is made on the Island, and has brought three young artists who work on the theme of accumulations: Gerardo Liranza, Onay Rosquet and Alejandro Gómez Cangas
Arte por Excelencias, a media partner of this contemporary art fair - which took place in the Spanish capital during February 26-March 1 - visited its stand and talked with them about their paintings and other topics of Cuban artistic news, such as the Post-it contest for emerging creators, from which everyone has emerged.
Since 2004, Collage Habana leads the promotion and commercialization of Visual Arts for the “Fondo Cubano de Bienes Culturales” (Cuban Fund of Cultural Assets). Under its direction, there is a group of galleries with different profiles, including “Galería Galiano,” “Galería Artis 718,” “Galería Casa 8,” “Galería 23 y 12,” and “Galería Orígenes.”
