On October 25, the Excelencias Group presented its portfolio of products in Panama City. The capital’s City Club was the venue the company handpicked to launch its promotion before the national and international press corps stationed in the country.

On this particular occasion, the group’s President and CEO, Jose Carlos de Santiago, announced that Panama, as a natural bridge, is the first gateway toward the company’s expansion in the Central American region and an ideal location to grow in terms of new businesses and products. One of those new items is a publication devoted to Central America and Panama entitled Central America Excellencies.

In addition to the printing of a number of prestigious publications of its own and others tailor-made for customers, the company deals with e-publishing, multimedia and Internet tools. It works as a publicity and marketing agency and PR agency. The group also runs a travel agency specialized in ecotourism, cultural travel and health tourism, and provides an assortment of graphic arts services.

The company’s presentation was attended Rosa Maria Britton, chairwoman of the National Library Foundation, and Mariela Sagel, former minister of Government and Justice, plus outstanding intellectuals and boldface names of Panama’s civil society.
