I had the opportunity to be face to face with the work of Finalé some years ago, when he presented “Levitación” at Orígenes gallery of Gran Teatro de la Habana “Alicia Alonso.”

This artist of the generation of the eighties presented his project Sitio en construcción at “La Nave” Gallery of “Génesis Galerías de Arte,” and in some way I was to collaborate in the promotion of that initiative. During the month of the Biennial, Moisés would work on ten large-format panels in collaboration with guest artists. The objective was for the public to appreciate the process of creating the works. In this way, that creative swarm would “conspire” to make the experience of the spectators more sensorial about the conception of a work of art and would provide an opportunity to appreciate the collective work.

The “plate was served” and on the table were the dressings. And what dressings! The project featured weekly presentations in which the team's work was presented, accompanied by the excellent music of troubadours Tony Ávila and Roly Berrío. Pablo Villalobos was in charge of preparing a documentary film about the experience.
