Disseminated throughout the Cuban archipelago, Rumbos (Routes), the tourism chain has a strong presence in the Sancti Spíritus province.

Rumbos has two privileged sites in the whole region: Quinta Santa Elena, located in one of the banks of the celebrated Yayabo River and Ma Dolores Farm, in the outskirts of Trinidad City. Quinta Santa Elena is one of the most attractive sites of the capital. From the fresh interior patio of this 19th-century old mansion, the visitor can enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the Yayabo River and bridge. Open from 10 a.m. until midnight, the restaurant of the facility features the most exquisite dishes of the international cuisine and, among the choices, the "Chicken at Quintana style," a specialty of the house. Ma Dolores Farm, a rural location at 2 km away from Trinidad, offers accommodation in 20 cabanas. Customs and recreations of local farmers are rescued in this site. Its rural atmosphere is propitious for riding along the plains which extend toward the banks of Guaurabo River. The facility also has a rustic restaurant where dishes of the most Creole culinary art are prepared. While staying in this place, guests can enjoy the excursions along Javira Fall, horseback rides and tours along the river. In the evening, a big party is held where all genres of the Cuban country music are sung and danced.
