Cacao’s Footprint in Baracoa’s Cultural Diversity

For centuries, cacao and culture have been passed on from generation to generation by the hand of the cacao-planting peasants of Baracoa, a region blessed with ideal humidity, temperature, rainfall and soil conditions that have by far turned it into Cuba’s top cocoa producer.
